Digital Transformation Services
ENGAGE . DEVELOP . GROW
Digital transformation (DT) – the use of technology to radically improve performance or reach of enterprises – is becoming a hot topic for companies across the globe. Executives in all industries are using digital advances such as analytics, mobility, social media and smart embedded devices – and improving their use of traditional technologies such as ERP – to change customer relationships, internal processes, and value propositions.
Focus on the “how” more than the “what.” The most successful transformations we have seen focus as much (or more) on how to drive change as on the detailed content of the change. A compelling transformative vision, with related engagement, governance and KPIs will allow people throughout the enterprise to identify new “whats” to meet or extend the vision.
There are five (5) Dimensions of Digital Transformation (DT)
- Operating model transformation: Digital connections to markets and suppliers are integrated
with internal digital processes and projects. Operations are directly impacted by customer
requirements and ecosystem opportunities. - Leadership transformation: leaders create a DT vision to guide the optimization of the products,
services, and experiences provided to partners, customers, and employees. Leaders need to anticipate and develop product and operational innovations that extend market share and
increase revenue by creating shared digital experiences serving the needs of mobile, socially
connected, and digitally transformed customers and partners. - Information transformation: perceives data as an asset and information is not only used to inform
better decisions and optimize operations and products but monetized in the form of products
and services. - Omni-experience transformation: The interactive experiences between businesses and its
customers, partners, employees, and things are transforming and needs to be digitally enabled.
Products and services are increasingly being created to meet unique and individualized
demand. - Organization transformation: The sourcing, deployment, and integration of internal (employees)
and external (contract, freelance, and partner) resources should evolve.
